How to Use

1. Create Your AI Employee

Click Create AI Employee at the top of the template page.

2. Configure Your FNOL Template

Define the fields your FNOL form requires (e.g., claimant name, date of loss, loss description, policy number). The AI Employee uses these field definitions to structure its extraction.

3. Upload Customer Documents

Add initial claim forms, police reports, invoices, emails, or any supporting documentation. The assistant will process each file automatically.

4. Enable and Test

Turn on your AI Employee. Upload a sample claim package in the dashboard and review how the FNOL form is completed. Use "Show Work" to trace each field's origin.
