My Tickets
My Tickets answers "what is on my plate" across every group you belong to. Where a group's Tickets tab is one queue, this page spans all of them, and it is available to every signed-in user rather than only to admins.
Find it in the sidebar, or go to /my-tickets directly.
The three scopes
| Tab | What it lists |
|---|---|
| Created by me | Tickets you raised, whoever is working them. The default view. |
| Assigned to me | Tickets currently assigned to you. |
| Worked on | Tickets you commented on or left an internal note on, whoever raised or owns them. |
Because the list spans queues, it carries a Group column, and the same filters as a single queue: status, priority, search over title and description, a created-date range, and a group filter to narrow to one of your groups.
Opening a ticket
Selecting a row opens the ticket beside the list, with the same detail view, the same reply box, and the same rules as it has on the group's own tab. It opens here rather than sending you to the group page, since you can raise a ticket into a queue you are not otherwise a member of and would not be able to open that page.
The scope, the filters, and the open ticket all live in the URL, so a link you copy reopens exactly what you were looking at.
New ticket works here too, with the group picker first, so you can file into any queue you belong to without navigating to it.
When the page is empty
| What it says | What it means |
|---|---|
| "No tickets yet" | You belong to a queue but have no tickets in this scope yet. |
| "No matching tickets" | Your filters exclude everything. Clear them. |
| "You're not a member of any ticket queue" | Ticketing is set up for the Workspace, but every queue belongs to a group you are not in. Ask an admin to add you to the group that owns the queue you need. |
| "Your tickets can't be loaded right now" | A ticketing connection behind one of your queues refused the request, usually because it is restricted to a group you are not in. Ask to be added to that group, or ask an admin for a connection you can use. |
Tickets in deleted groups still show. A queue outlives its group, so a ticket whose group has since been archived stays in your list, marked as deleted in the Group column and in the group filter.
