Content Generator AI Employee

The Content Generator AI Employee is built from the Content Generator curated template (category: Marketing). It is a form AI Employee (AIE): you submit a content brief, and it drafts marketing content — blog posts, social copy, email campaigns — then runs a second pass to refine the draft for brand voice, SEO, and formatting before returning the publish-ready version. It produces on-brand content in minutes and scales output without proportionally scaling headcount.

Workflow

The template ships a two-agent workflow that runs left to right:

NodeAgent typeWhat it does
Draft Contentdocument_agentGenerates content from the brief, following the requested format (blog post, social media, email) and tone.
Refine & FormatcustomReviews the draft for brand-voice consistency, SEO, and formatting, applies your brand guidelines, and outputs the final publish-ready version.

A start node feeds the content brief into the graph, and a publish node exposes the final content. The edges run start → draft → refine → publish.

Because this is a form AI Employee, there is no chat welcome message or conversation starters — you trigger it by submitting the brief rather than chatting.

Starting configuration

The template clones in with this configuration, which you can change in the builder:

  • Model selection — Let Fusion Pick (EmaFusion™ chooses the model per request).
  • Optimization priority — Most accurate.
  • Conversation context — disabled (this is a single-submission form workflow, not a chat).
  • Feedback — enabled, with thumbs-up / thumbs-down reasons and free-text comments.

Recommended data sources: connect your brand guidelines, style guides, and content examples so the agent produces on-brand content.

How to use

After you select Use template and the AI Employee opens in the builder:

  1. Set your brand voice. Edit the Draft Content node's Instructions with your brand voice guidelines and content standards. Connect your style guide and past content as a Knowledge base so the draft matches your voice. See Knowledge bases.
  2. Configure refinement. Edit the Refine & Format node's Instructions with your specific SEO and formatting requirements.
  3. Publish and submit. Publish the workflow, then submit a content brief — including the format type, target audience, and key messages — and receive the refined output.

Be specific in the brief. The clearer the format, audience, and key messages you submit, the closer the first draft lands to publish-ready. Run a few sample briefs after cloning and tune the Refine & Format Instructions until the output consistently matches your house style.
